Commissioning Requirements

Stoves

For putting boilers into operation- BURNiT Advance UB, BURNiT Advance PLB и
BURNiT Advance DC-A the following conditions must be met:

  • Mounted hopper and auger, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions of the respective product.
  • Installed chimney, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions of the respective product.
  • 220 V electrical supply provided.
  • Connected water pump to the boiler (in cases where it will be controlled by the boiler).
  • Charged with heat carrier and vented installation.
  • Mandatory installed three-way valve.
Pellet fireplaces with a water jacket

BURNiT is required for the commissioning of pellet stoves with a water jacket the following conditions are met:

  • Installed in accordance with the Installation and Operating Instructions of the respective product (installed with a distance of 20 cm from walls and flammable materials).
  • Installed chimney, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions of the respective product.
  • 220 V electrical supply provided.
  • Charged with heat carrier and vented installation.
  • Deaerator, water filter, safety (return) valve, pressure gauge.
Pellet fireplaces with air circulation

BURNiT is required for commissioning pellet stoves with air circulation the following conditions are met:

  • Tied to the chimney body, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions the corresponding product.
  • Installed in accordance with the Installation and Operating Instructions of the respective product (mounted with a distance of 20 cm from the walls and flammable materials).
  • Provided electric power supply at 220 V.c
Pellet burners
 

For commissioning pellet burners BURNiT Pell, BURNiT Pell Mega,

BURNiT Pell Eco the following conditions must be met:

  • Mounted burner to the boiler, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions of the respective product.
  • Mounted hopper and auger (if possible on the right side of the boiler)
  • Installed chimney, in accordance with the Installation and Operation Instructions of the respective product.
  • 220 V electrical supply provided.
  • A water pump connected to the burner (in cases where it will be controlled by the burner)
  • Charged with heat carrier and vented installation.

 

WHAT THE INITIAL RELEASE INCLUDES

1. Checking the documents of the device – correctly completed warranty card and purchase document (invoice or receipt).
2. Check – are the requirements for installation and operation met, according to the instructions for the relevant product.
3. Checking the fuel (pellets), whether it complies with the recommendations in the “Installation Instructions”.
4. Functional test of all components in the device.
5. Initial start-up and adjustment (according to the specific requirements of the particular installation and chimney with which the unit will work).
6. Brief instruction – theoretical and practical, about the ways of operating the device in accordance with with the “Installation and Operating Instructions” and “Warranty Card”.
7. Getting to know the types of damage and the corresponding messages/indications, as well as their causes.

Attention!!! In some circumstances, where we find that the conditions in the installation instructions and warranty card (item IV / item 2.5) are not met, and that the safe operation of the new appliance is not allowed, we reserve the right not to perform this service. Please note that we cannot re-install installations (electrical and water), “customize” fittings and connections, or dismantle or make changes to furniture, etc. For us, the safety and health of our employees is of the utmost importance, so they should not take off their shoes when entering your home. Our technicians will wear socks that they will place over their shoes to ensure the necessary hygiene.
